I'm Massimo Benedetti, founder and managing director of Massimo Benedetti, S.r.l. I come from an economic/scientific background and got my professional start in 1987 with McCann Recruiting, in the Italian division of McCann Erickson. In 1994 I founded my own company in Alessandria (Piedmont) specializing in Employee Communication, Employer Branding, and Work-Life Balance.
I was an official partner of TMP Worldwide from 1997 through 2001 (management of international clients such as IBM and HP) and am a member of IABC (International Association of Business Communicators).
A little bit about myself:
I am from Piedmont and I live and work in Liguria. The sea is my life blood.
I was a tennis pro and instructor. I love tennis because it brings together athleticism, heart, and mind. Human relationships and communication are my passion, my past, my present, and my future. I love the culture of wine, theater, and sailing. I practice yoga and meditation and believe that the one authentic revolution of the future will be the sum total of our individual spiritual growth.
