Under criticism is the (very Italian) habit of using communication as the key to power! Information, with the exception of confidential material, must be available to all.

 

Internal communication is not only email or intranet. Communication is the direct and constant relationship with people, meeting face to face. It is the right/duty of everyone. It is not only something that comes from above, but is a real opportunity for everyone to read and write the ''company design''.

 

We must be careful that when we talk about involvement it not be ''used'' only within the context of presentational slides. ''Teamwork'' and ''Developing Dialogue'' must be more than just slogans or ''catch phrases'' within the company lexicon.
