All around the world it's normal for internal communication to be ''inside'' or ''together with'' external communication. And we might say that this is only natural.

 

There is, however, an extremely important ''but'': around the world, when we witness examples of this pairing, it is evident that the basis for this union is a profound and deeply rooted dialogue with Human Resources.

 

In Italy, at the moment, it's a much better idea to entrust HR Management with more responsibility and to have it oversee internal communication. Of course it's difficult to combine communicative responsibilities with the other HR duties, but this union is useful and necessary.
