MASSIMO BENEDETTI EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATION

TICA - TIME CARE ACTION

In recent years we are witnessing greater complexity of work processes, the lack of time, and the continuous stress within company operations.

Our recent analyses show that one of the causes is due to the improper use of the mix of meeting/direct call/e-mail

This phenomenon involves primarily ''white collar'' staff, too often held up in long and/or inefficient meetings. Many ''decry'' the overuse of e-mail.

This results in increased anxiety, fueled by continuous new priorities. The risk is that one loses sight of the big picture, of the strategic horizon of one's work, and, in a recent analysis, of the ''common good'' of the company.
